Power Apps
I designed and built multiple Power Apps for operational workflows — from field data capture to complex approval chains. The design challenge was consistent: how do you build something that a non-technical field worker can use reliably, on any device, in any condition?
Each app went through user testing with the actual end-users before deployment. The result: significantly higher adoption rates compared to previous attempts with off-the-shelf tools.
Automation & Integration
I implemented Power Automate flows connecting SharePoint, Teams and external APIs to eliminate manual processes. Approval notifications, data sync between systems, automated reporting distribution and exception alerts — all built and iterated based on actual usage patterns.
