Overview
Workhub is a B2E desktop application designed to help operational teams coordinate complex workforce scheduling. I led the product end-to-end — from initial discovery through delivery — working closely with operations managers, field workers and engineering.

Discovery & Research
I conducted stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry sessions and competitive benchmarking to understand the complex scheduling and coordination challenges faced by field-based workforces.
Key insight: existing tools required too many context switches. Coordinators were bouncing between 4+ systems to complete a single task. We set a clear design principle: one surface, one job done.
Design System & Prototyping
I built a scalable component library in Figma with a consistent token system, iterated through 3 rounds of moderated usability testing with end users, and maintained a living prototype throughout delivery.
The design system ensured that engineering could work confidently from the specs, reducing back-and-forth and accelerating handoff significantly.
Outcomes
- 40% reduction in task completion time in usability benchmarks vs legacy system
- 3 rounds of iterative usability testing with real end-users
- Scalable Figma component library handed off to engineering
- End-to-end PM ownership from discovery to prototype delivery
